Empty lobby, empty offices, empty couches. They told me it would be an hour and a half wait to close an account. I'm sitting here waiting watching employees avoid eye contact and pretend that I don't exist. It's 100% different at Flagstar Bank. Don't bank at Bank of America if there is anyway to avoid it. Try Flagstar you won't be disappointed.

All were out on lunch nobody could take 5 mins out of there day to help a costumer and or get off there computer to help one of the worst banks I've ever been to would not recommend this bank to anyone around the area

Morgan (an associate) helped me out a lot. Tried to get a medallion signature, this location doesn't offer it but he was very knowledgeable and helped direct me to two other branches with this service and the name for who to reach out to.Very professional but very busy.Highly recommend coming in person, there's a reason they can't pick up the phone (1 associate, never stopping line)

Literally never open. Why even bother having this location. ATM never works either.

The bank is closed, which mean safe deposit boxes aren't available. I've tried for a couple of days to get ahold of someone to get into my safe deposit box - nothing. Just frustrating.

Not the best experience in the world..immediate reaction to assist was slow..but the manager did accommodate to the extent that they could..which did help somewhat make up for the experience. Todd.

I’m currently in the bank. The phone has been ringing literally for the last 15 minutes. Over and over. Stops and then starts again immediately. The person working with me mockingly commented that it’s the same number calling every time. I asked if the tellers can pick up the phone (because the bank is otherwise empty). He said that as a policy they don’t because they usually can’t answer the questions. So some poor person just keeps calling over and over again. Pick up the phone and try. This person feels that their issue is urgent enough to call several dozen times in a row. At least have the decency to answer the phone and tell them you can’t help.

Terrible service. Didn't even try to help me out, with what i needed. Told me that i should contact customer service instead and i contacted BOA customer service while i was at this center. Customer service said that the bank associate should be able to help me out, to which the bank associate said - " customer service clearly don't know what we can and cannot do at this financial center". I had a disappointing experience at this financial center and will definitely not return back. They should know that there job is to help their customers and not shoo them away.
