Terrible experience! Brought our dog here as he got sick unexpectedly. There was NO transparency in care, the medical issue our family dog was having, or what are potential next steps we can take for our pet. Our dog unfortunately passed away suddenly due to veterinary negligence from this Banfield. I would NEVER recommend bringing your pet to this location!

The staff are very friendly and answered all my questions for my puppy’s first vet appointment! They explained my options thoroughly and helped me sign up for the puppy plan to ensure my little guy is well taken care of!

I have been taking my frenchie to this banfield for almost 7 years, back when it was still located in the Petsmart. We pay monthly for the dog health maintenance plan and we have always had a good experience. Our dog is seen twice a year for vaccines and baseline preventative testing, we get text reminders, and the staff is always very kind and knowledgeable. I have never felt pressured to do anything extra or unnecessary. Their recommendations have always been to the benefit of my dog.

It was my first time ever there. I brought in Harvey my new puppy. Harvey loved everyone there and probably would stay there all day if he could. Can’t wait to go back as I know how much they liked Harv and how much he liked them. All questions answered. Staff was Amazing! Especially Shae and Katelyn!

Very disappointed! TRULY SCAM! We pay a monthly fee for coverage, then they are never available, you need to book appointments 2 weeks in advance, so if dog is sick you need to find another clinic and pay. And when they see your dog they always try to convince you (make you feel guilty) to buy expensive unnecessary treatments and products.

My family members had mixed experiences with Banfield, which isn't the fault of the staff. They've been shortstaffed for years and it has made it tough for everyone. But for the last couple years, they have helped me with treating my cat with IBD and Hyperthyroidism, and helping me review alternative food contents when the RX one got to expensive, and going over my research with me to help find alternative treatments when one thing wasn't working. It kept my beloved Ebony going for a couple years. She saw many of the veterinarians there, but Dr. Knall saw her the most, and was there with us in the end giving kind and compassionate care. It was reassuring to be able to hear her give all the options, but give validation about our choice, because this was so hard. I really needed to hear a professional say it so I knew I was doing the right thing by my baby. That has helped me get through the grieving without the guilt of not knowing if we made the right call. And the love and respect all the staff treated us and our baby with meant the world.

On 12/18 their online hours stated they were open until 6pm. I drove 40 minutes out to this location to purchase prescription cat food, just for them to have a sign on the door they closed at 4. I arrived there at 4:15, unaware their early closure that was not stated online. Employees were still in the office just standing around and saw me outside in the cold, I pleaded with them to allow me to purchase some of this prescription cat food, as other locations didn’t have it and I needed it ASAP. They were insanely rude to me and refused to even talk to or acknowledge me, just kept saying NO to me in a stern and disrespectful way. It’s the holiday season, I wish they could have at least been kind or understanding that I came all the way out here since their website said they were open, and I can’t get this food anywhere else at the moment. Shame on them.

we’re long term clients of this banfield, from back when it was inside petsmart. love the convenience of drop off appointments. wait times can sometimes be long, but it’s because they spend a quality amount of time with each client. they’re always very accommodating to us. highly recommend their wellness plans to maximize the value of your pets healthcare.
