I have been seeing Lynda for three months now and I am so happy with the results. I feel healthier and stronger than ever before. Have been doing weekly strength training workouts with Lynda at BPF for several years. She is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to your needs. Very good at tailoring workouts to make sure all muscle groups get attention, and work around any limiting injuries you might have. Highly recommended.

I started going to Balance Point about a year and a half after having an emergency liver transplant. I was in rough shape and my doctors kept encouraging me to get more exercise. I couldn't sit up enough to get out of bed. Lynda was so kind and patient with me. She was able to work around all my health issues and get my core back into action. After a few months with her, I was better than I had been before the surgery. I am so very thankful.

BalancePoint offers personal training and classes for self-defense and kickboxing. The staff is friendly and committed to teaching proper technique so that you can achieve your fitness goals.
