“7 year old compact SUV. Bought this when my first kid was born, now the oldest of 2. To say the inside was trashed would be an understatement. The car seats had never been removed. The outside had lots paint from rubs on the garage entry (wasn't me). The car was nearly unrecognizable when I picked it up. Love these folks.”
“Did a great job, our car hasn't looked this good in a long time!!! Really appreciated the customer service and responsiveness to concerns when we were surprised by the smell of our carpets drying. Would recommend them to anyone!!!”
“Rima is a powerhouse!! She was so patient and honest with me and I couldn’t imagine having gone anywhere else or going anywhere else the future. Amazing price, amazing service, friendly and honest people.”
“We had a good experience working with Doug. I called and left a message, and he called me back later that day; they were able to fit me in within a week ahead of a trip with the family in July. Dropped off around 8:30am and I picked up at about 4:45pm. Overall they did a great job and managed to get some chlorinated pool water stains out of the seats, which are still not noticeable even a week or so later.”
“After many years (and many messy camping trips) of putting off an interior detail, my husband and I chose Total Detail before welcoming a new baby. We couldn’t be happier! They did an amazing job, top to bottom. Friends who rode in the car even asked if the car was new!
A tip: if you get your car detailed in single digits weather, make sure it’s completely dry by either parking in a garage or drive around for a while with heat blasting—I failed to do that and once the temps came back up, my car kind of smelled like mildew. Thankfully, the Total Detail team (shout out to Doug!!) rectified the situation immediately and our car is odor-free!! Their attention to detail and above and beyond customer service are peerless. Thanks!”
“What a lovely group of people. A plate that covers our muffler got loose after I had the car washed, the day before a big road trip. It was a quick fix but the Toyota dealer service department on Jackson said they were too busy, even though I described the problem (I saw the loose plate and could tell it just needed a new screw.) I also let Toyota know we got the car from them and have been having it serviced there for 12 years. They still said no. But Eric and his crew on Main Street let me bring it in right away and fixed it within 10 minutes. For free! They also didn’t like the way one of the brakes looked and tightened up a screw. We just spent $1100 at Toyota for maintenance needs. So we are going here from now on. Eric said they work on all-electric cars too.”
“They managed to clean spots and areas that I thought were impossible to clean. They got my car in for service immediately and did a great job! I’ll definitely return! Thank youServices: Steam cleaning”
“I’m normally pretty happy with the full service. Only once they missed vacuuming the trunk when I added that, but they did it right away when I pointed it out.
The one missing star is because it’s hard to actually get to them. More often than not, there’s some reason I can’t get a wash. They close earlier than the time listed for full-service. I’ve also shown up to broken wash or power outages. Maybe I’m just unlucky with when I show up, but the frequency of how often I show up during business hours and find out I can’t get my car cleaned makes it really frustrating.”
“I had a great experience here when I went in for a brake inspection and tire rotation. They said I still had some life in my brake pads and identified a battery terminal issue that could lead to some issues down the line (the terminals were incredibly rusty and I had been ignoring it lol) and they did great work. Chuck and Mike at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is so awesome. It really helped me out while my car was in the shop. Mark, the shuttle driver, was so nice, personable, and a joy to talk to. Don't sleep on this shop, they do good work and won't try to sell you services you don't need!”
