We purchased bar stools from Arhaus. They are a great product, we love them. However, less than a month after purchase, the sales price dropped over 30%. We emailed the store asking if anything could be done. Maybe a store credit or coupon on next purchase. Their response was cold and short, they had zero interest in doing anything. I understand store policy but the tone of the response was so off putting I’ll never buy another item here again. Beware, they are nice when they want your money and then couldn’t care less about you after that… simply put a negative 1 star experience.

Beautiful Furniture, Busting Budget (and Boundaries)Arhaus is undeniably a feast for the eyes. The furniture is stunning - solid wood construction, rich fabrics, and designs that range from classic to contemporary. I walked in expecting to update my living room and left dreaming of a complete home overhaul. But let's be honest, that dream comes with a hefty price tag. "Crazy expensive" isn't an exaggeration - be prepared for sticker shock, especially on larger pieces. While the quality seems to justify the cost to some extent, for others (like myself), it might be a deal-breaker.Now, onto the sales associates. While I appreciate helpfulness, Arhaus takes it to a whole new level. There were simply too many of them, and their enthusiasm, while commendable, bordered on overwhelming. I understand wanting to provide excellent service, but being followed around the store, asked if I needed help every few steps, and having multiple conversations simultaneously felt intrusive. It made browsing a bit stressful, and I ended up leaving quicker than I planned.Overall, Arhaus is a great option if you're looking for top-notch furniture and aren't afraid to splurge. But be prepared for sticker shock and an enthusiastic (perhaps overly so) sales team. If you value budget-friendly options and a more relaxed shopping experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

This is a fantastic store with attentive sales staff. The items they have are high quality and the store is well set up. I recommend checking here if you're looking for quality furniture. They'll do 3d renders for you which help greatly for visualizing the new items in your space.

Arhaus Ann Arbor stands above the rest in customer service. I have now purchased several items from this store and their customer service can’t be matched anywhere else. My husband and I spent countless hours researching what couch and dining set we wanted for our new home. I only had to go into the Arhaus Ann Arbor store one time and I knew that’s where we would be spending our money. Not only are the furniture items of great quality, so is the environment and culture of this store. Karl is such a warm person who immediately makes you feel like you are an important customer to him. He spends time answering questions and explaining the benefits of Arhaus furniture. I can walk in that store and I would immediately feel comfortable - no matter if I was dressed up or in yoga pants and no make up. There is no judgment and they are simply there to help. Karl has consistently went above and beyond answering questions and never makes you feel pressured. Johnny is also an INCREDIBLE designer. You can feel his passion and see how much he loves his job! Johhny spent so much time (even without an appointment) helping me find the perfect table for my space. He had no problem that I purchased some pieces from another store (no snippy remarks at all) and even put something similar in his design so I could see how it all fit together. As the two of them were working with me, Karl even said I could personally text him a photo from another store and he would let me know if it matched my decor! What other sales person does that? I’ve never had that experience anywhere else. So, thank you so much Arhaus! I am a forever customer and appreciate how you’ve all spent your time making me feel welcome and that my purchases matter to you. These are big decisions when decorating a new home and I left feeling confident!

Karl and Johnny designed our living room, and it turned out really lovely! We got to run through different options on their virtual design software, and pick fabrics and finishes. Then, delivery was great! Didn’t have to wait too long for everything either - a couple of months for everything in our primary bedroom and living room. And Karl provided text support all throughout for my questions along the way! Thank you guys for the great support!

The services I had at Arhaus was terrible. I had 5 dining table replacement and ended up settling as I could not take more days off to accept deliveries. I bought accent leather chair the color is coming off of the dont we even use them and warranty service says they see no damage while I paid hefty money for warranty plan was told it's worry free, well that was a lie. I would never go back.

We put in a lot of time searching and shopping for outdoor furniture. We ended up purchasing several pieces from Arhaus in Ann Arbor this summer and could not be happier! From the initial visit when we met Arhaus’ designer, Kristen, to the day it all was delivered, our entire experience was fun, professional, creative and a ‘no pressure’ approach. Kristen was wonderful to work with throughout the project! She is so kind, creative and detail-oriented. The delivery people were equally as professional and efficient. The two gentlemen inspected every piece thoroughly and ended up finding a very small problem with one of the swivel chairs. He pointed it out and said he already ordered an entire new chair for us. He told us to keep the original chair until the new one was ready so we have a complete set! The furniture and cushions are beautiful and are of exceptional quality! This was our first purchase from Arhaus and definitely will not be the last!

Just purchased a sectional, which has to built, so this review is focused on my experience. Karl Schwartz at the Ann Arbor store is exceptional. I threw a thousand questions at him, and if he didn't know the answer, he got it to me in no time. I spent more $ than I originally set out to for a new couch, but I have no issue justifying it, given the level of service. Which...in my experience, also probably means it must be a pretty good place to work. Karl and the rest of the Ann Arbor staff get all the stars.

Quality furniture is not the only thing Arhaus provides!!!! Quality service is top notch! Specifically with Angelica Marchi! SHE has made my experience EVERYTHING! I have NEVER been more satisfied with any service anywhere!! I highly recommend Arhaus furniture but with Angelica you will receive so much more!!! Thank you Angelica for your 150% attention and service!!!! You are more appreciated than you will ever know!

I have been an Arhaus customer for over a decade and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the products and the level of service that I have received over the years! I got the St. Lucia bed a few years ago and have been looking for the right nightstands. My sales associate recommended the Percy nightstands and I couldn’t be happier! I attached a picture of the St. Lucia and a close-up of the nightstands. I have also purchased the Remington sectional for my living room. I have a Goldendoodle that likes to scratch and dig on furniture, so Vanessa recommended I select the Crypton fabric. I have had this couch for about 3 years and it looks brand new! I attached a picture of my couch also. Not only has my sales associate Vanessa been wonderful to work with, but the entire team at Arbor Hills is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

Purchased a sectional and two dinning room chairs from here with help of Karl. First of all, what they sell here is not cheap, far from it. The couch here is not twice as nice as the ones that cost half the price from somewhere else. But what I paid for was the excellent service and attentive advice I got from design consultant Karl. He is a professional and professional service anywhere has cost associated with it raising the final price. If you know what you want and know where to find it, great.. I did not. Thanks to Karl. I got exactly what I wanted for a price I considered fair.

I worked with a sales associate to select several accessories to take to a friend. I was very clear that I wasn’t sure what she would like and we might return some. There was mention of a final sale at checkout. When I came back to return a set of candlesticks they wouldn’t do it because they were marked down as a final sale. I explained I had sales help while shopping and at no time did the woman say anything was a final sale. The associate did not care. I spent quite a bit of money there that day and the candlesticks were the cheapest thing I bought. Seems a silly reason to lose a customer.
