My first contact was on the phone with Chris. I was seriously stressed about my cat's health and he made me feel at ease. It was a simple call, but at the time I needed to feel like I was making the right decision to change veterinary providers and I am really thankful that I did. Everyone is always helpful, answers my questions, and I never feel rushed.

Arbor Hills is hands down the best vet around. We drive 35 minutes just to come to here! Worth every second. How caring the vets, vet techs, and office staff are! Always going above and beyond for us with excellent care and communication.

The staff is very responsive and caring. The vet Was very Knowledgeable and effective. The medication she prescribed took care of our Kitty’s sniffles.

Staff is always great and thoughtful when we visit. Only thing that could be better is the app - glitches often, telling me I have appointments when I don't. From the front desk to techs and the vets themselves, I feel cared for and my cats feel safe!

Took my dog to see Dr. Nowicki, re: multiple concerns.
Had a very thorough & productive visit.
Dr. Nowicki was patient and explained things very well.
I felt my dog was in very good hands, & appreciate the great care that was given.
Highly recommend Dr Nowicki and this office.
The front desk staff, & techs are also friendly, caring!

We recently tried out AHAC because we were hoping to find a vet with more availability and better communication. What we found was an amazing vet with great availability, a wonderful & gentle staff, excellent communication, and a peaceful, clean environment. Seriously, it felt like a spa for animals (and even people)!
My dog, who isn’t very people-social, ended up loving the entire vet crew. Not to mention they quickly resolved his ear infection and gave me great advice overall as a schnauzer owner.
Also, the prices were very reasonable - from the visit fee to the labs and meds. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised by them!
All is to say, we are really glad we found AHAC and feel peace of mind knowing we can bring both our dogs here.
