We loved working with Ann Arbor Stone! From showroom to install, everyone was very personable, receptive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy! The staff is friendly and nice . I bought 5 boxes of tiles . When I tried to return one surplus box complete. They turned around and pointed a restocking fee at me which I wasn’t aware . I naturally assumed that all tile shops will take back unused box of tiles . So please be aware when you shop here.
