Jerry and Jan are fantastic coaches and really spend the time with each individual member! Workouts are only 30 minutes and are highly effective.

This is a fantastic gym! Jan creates a different 30 minute high intensity interval workout each day. They are always challenging and never boring! The owners make it a point to get to know every client and will adapt the workout for you if needed.
