We made a cold call Alex Milshteyn Real Estate based on a recommendation. We had the good fortune of having Justine Anthony pick up the call. Justine was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the Ann Arbor market. She was incredibly helpful (and patient) as we worked through the process of discovering what we wanted. We were particularly impressed with her willingness to point out both the pros and cons of properties we looked at. We are very happy with the home we finally purchased. If you need a real estate agent, you could not do better than Justine!

My wife and I worked with Justine Anthony to buy our first home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She was personable and easy going, while also knowing A LOT about every aspect of the home buying process. She was excellent at assessing properties as we looked at each, and had a top notch understanding of all the nuance related to making an offer and subsequent negotiations. It was beyond reassuring, as first time buyers, to work with a professional we could rely on for just about any type of question. Justine is a wonderful realtor and person; we highly recommend her to anyone starting the house hunt.

Justine Anthony is truly an outstanding real estate agent! She is extremely knowledgable, well-connected, proactive, attentive and personable. My husband and I were first-time home buyers moving to Ann Arbor from out-of-state and had been working with a different agent for several months with no luck before we got in contact with Justine. From our first interaction, we were blown away by how dedicated she was to finding us a home that met all of our wants and needs. Justine is incredible! We've been working with her for almost 3 years as we went from casually looking to needing to find a bigger place ASAP to accommodate our growing family. The entire time she was patient, level-headed, and the voice of reason we needed in a sometimes emotionally draining process. Justine was an exceptional partner to us in our first home purchase. We were moving from across the country and weren't familiar with the Ann Arbor area. Justine worked with us while I was still across the country and my partner was starting a new job in the area first over several phone calls to get to know our priorities, budget, etc. and then set us up with online access to a tailored set of listings so we could start our search while long distance. Once I was able to travel to the area to do tours, Justine worked with our limited schedule to get us as many of our desired showings as possible (which was pretty much all of them) and at every house she was able to point out key things that were assets, what might need work sooner rather than later, and what aspects of the specific areas were highlights and lowlights. She had great knowledge of the school systems in the area, which was also super helpful. As first time homebuyers, we weren't sure what to expect once we got to the offer stage, so Justine made a point of walking us through the offer contract and what would happen afterward. She also had a fully vetted list of reputable mortgage lenders which made that part of the process so much easier and less scary. Justine was a delight to work with throughout the process, even as our first offer wasn't accepted and she quickly pivoted to help us get the house we're in now. Even as new homeowners, she's got another great list of recommended contractors, plumbers, etc. which has certainly come in handy! I would highly, highly recommend Justine to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

My cousin had used Justine and recommended her. We could not be happier. We were moving into the area and Justine not only worked with our limited visiting period, but had so much insight into the area not only for house purchasing, but all the other things you need to know when moving to an area. We were also first time home buyers and she really took the time to walk us through the process with all the tips you need know that you don't think of your first time through. We were first-time buyers with a limited budget, and we were so lucky to have worked with Justine! She’s skilled, knowledgeable, smart, and kind. We felt like she knew what we wanted very quickly, and even though she works with several clients it felt like she was just working for us! She was available at any time. On house visits Justine took the time to point out at every detail of the houses we were seeing. Once we found a place we loved she worked with us to write a perfect offer. Coming from out of town, we really appreciated that Justine would drive by the house and check on it, going so far as to fill a hole an animal had dug! Highly recommend working with her. She’s a great realtor and all around awesome person!
