Extremely disappointed with the service. I showed the nail tech (the lady at the front, presumably the manager that people talk about in other reviews) photos of the design I wanted (acrylic with gel nude base with brown French tip), and the end result was nothing like the photo I showed her. I suspect this is because I’m a person of color and so “nude” for lighter skinned people isn’t nude on me. Moreover, as she was shaping my acrylic nails, I mentioned to her that some of them did not look symmetrical to which she responded by saying that my fingers are actually very crooked. I was very displeased with the color, design, etc. and was open with her about that throughout the process. She had worked on my nails for two hours and so by the end of it, I just wanted to go home so I left. After sitting on it for a day, I went back to the store to request for her to fix it. After a 45 min wait, she informed me that there was nothing she would provide to fix any of the issues I was describing to her and also would not provide even a partial refund. She went so far as to scream across the store to call over a different customer to come get involved in our conversation we were having so that we would have an “unbiased opinion.” Truly ridiculous customer service. Acrylic nails also usually last me around 3-4 weeks because I’m not very hard on them, but these started falling off before I even reached the two week mark. I paid the highest amount I’ve ever paid to get my nails done and received the worst service and was berated in front of other workers and customers when trying to resolve my issue. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never step foot near this place.

Got me and my nieces nails done and it was extremely expensive. I got a plain color fill for my acrylics and she got a full set and it was 140$. I got a light color and she only did two coats so they are patchy and uneven. The tops of my nails are not painted. My niece asked to get multicolored French tips and they refused because it would take too long and cost too much for 5 different colors. I asked if I could get them shorter and she seemed annoyed by my request.

Ruby did an absolute STELLAR job with my nail extensions! She copied the picture I brought in almost exactly , making a small change that I requested that was more to my taste. She spent a great deal of time making sure that my cuticles were in much better shape then when I came in today. She got the shape and thickness of the nail absolutely perfect. I'm always booking with her from now on!

ZERO STARs! Absolute WORST service and place I have ever ever ever been to in my life!!!! Called ahead of time to request a price for acrylic nails and shellac. I was told $60, I tried to confirm and the lady snapped at me and said I already told you $60. Very rude and abrasive from the start. The woman did my nails for 2 hours and they turned out absolutely terrible. She could not make one flower properly. She tried multiple times to no avail. Eventually she painted it white however the end of the nail was chipping the next day and has a bumpy rough texture. When I went to checkout she said my total was $78. I did not even get any art designs. I complained about the high price despite our early conversation yet she refused to stick to the price she agreed to earlier. I expressed my distaste for their dishonesty and my frustration with not getting what I paid for. I went back the next day and asked for the manager. She said he left but later than expressed that she was the manager. I wanted a refund because my nails were causing me pain, were not close to what I asked for (see pictures), and were poorly done. I asked for a refund and for her to take off my nails and she refused to do either without more payment ($25). I tried to settle this amicably with the woman here however she was completely unreasonable and not willing to make any efforts to remedy the damage she did. She even admitted while doing my nails that she didn’t like them yet was unwilling to understand that I was dissatisfied. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and prices and business. I will NEVER go back!!!

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would, we called and asked for 2 mani/pedis and they said that we could absolutely come in. When we got there, the salon was empty so we figured it would be perfect! We were VERY wrong. Not only was she beyond rude from the second we walked in, but i was bleeding during the pedicure, wincing in pain, and she did a terrible job on the polish—all while managing to drive out another customer while we were in the chairs! It was so terrible that both of us decided to skip the manicures, to which they responded happily and said it was the better choice because they didnt think they were the “right place for us two” and that they were “too expensive for our group” (while having pretty standard prices). This was truly a nightmare. Please, spend your money somewhere else.

This place is the worst. DO NOT GO HERE! First, I called ahead and made an appointment for 10:00, but when I showed up, it was clear there was no appointment. I waited for 30 minutes until being taken to a table for a gel manicure. I asked for oval shape and to keep my length. The manicurist shaped them to an almond shape, which I didn't have the length for, so they looked like weird pointy claws. Then the gel polish was painted on with a jagged edge down at the cuticle, and not at all symmetrical. Some nails didn't even have polish on the sides so they looked terrible. At least 4 nails had gel polish actually over the cuticle. My nails looked like they were painted by a 10 year old. Then everything started peeling three days later, my cuticles began splitting and tearing. DO NOT GO HERE. How does this place have anything more than two stars? Just throw $50 in the toilet, flush, then ask your neice to paint your nails. That will save you some time for the exact same result.

For sure one of the strangest service experiences I've had. My friend and I got in right away with a phone call on Memorial Day for a mani/pedi. The woman who 'greeted' us immediately seemed annoyed that we came, yet there were no other customers. At the start of our pedicures another client came in wanting something done and once she started asking questions about her nails the woman said 'we don't have time for you, come again.' She had similar reactions when other people would call on the phone asking for services. After she did a horrible job on my friend's french tips and destroyed her nail beds we decided to bail and not get the manicures. The woman seemed happy we were only doing pedis and said 'go somewhere cheaper' when pricing had not even been discussed and we had not complained (their prices are very typical for the area in fact). The man who did my pedicure was very nice, did a good job, and was gentle so I feel bad leaving a poor review but if they are going to act annoyed to have customers on a holiday, maybe they shouldn't open for it.

I got my acrylics refilled here and two nails lifted in a week. I went back for a fix and she only used glue rather than actually fixing the lifted acrylic. Evidently, the nail started coming off again hours later. So, I go back to get it fixed for the second time and was told to come back tomorrow. The next day, the lady who told me to come back isn’t even here and I now have to wait even longer for a simple fix, that shouldn’t even be needed in the first place. To say the least, Im disappointed with the lack of quality nails and I’m very annoyed with running back and forth and having my time wasted.

Linda the manager was AWESOME! I am from out of town and was going out ....was looking for a walk-in spot to get nails done and she was the only one to take me in. She stayed after closing to take care of me. In all my years getting my mani/pedi's she's the first to really listen and take the extra steps to give me what I want. I play guitar and need shorter nails. She listened and multi reinforced my nails in a couple different ways to give them strength and avoid chipping and breaking. Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend!

LINDA did my fill and color change. It’s looks GORGEOUS and she was incredibly FAST despite being he added design and requested reshaping.
A bit busy on a Sunday afternoon (4pm) but didn’t have to wait that long. Def will come a different time during the week next time.
Great service and quality!
