TLDR: They held my computer in queue for 3 weeks, returned it after 4 weeks, and it immediately crashed into a boot loop when I got home. So they didn't fix my computer, charged me for holding it for a month without fixing it, and refused a refund.
Edit: They provided a refund after seeing this review.
I brought my custom PC to A2 computers to run system diagnostics and get it booting up. Prior to bringing it in, I did tests myself in a day and determined the likely issues, but I reached a point that required professional tools and skills. After passing it to the A2 computers staff, they told me that I'd get a call from a technician in about a week.
For the next three weeks, they stalled by extending the ETA. Two weeks into the wait, they updated my queue placement to number 14, even though I was told I was number 10 the previous week. My computer was finally ready to be picked up 29 days after bringing it in. I had to keep calling them to get any info on how much longer it would be for a WHOLE MONTH.
Once I brought it home, booted it up, and started copying files, it CRASHED within 10 minutes. I recorded videos of the reboot loop, shared with them, and asked for a refund, but they refused. I brought it to a different shop who immediately ran diagnostics and determined the hard drive was failing within 20 minutes. In my experience A2 Computers are a waste of time, money, and your mental peace.

Dates and commitments not met. Poor service, bad product assembly, deposit and payments taken no resolution set. Gas lighting consultants, no candor.

I left an electric bicycle in that place, they asked me for $200, as a deposit, and I accepted, and they said that they were going to check the cause of the bicycle not turning on, and that they were going to call me to ask me if I agreed to make the change, example The battery is damaged or the screen etc. I waited 8 days and there is no response. I better went to ask what was happening, when I arrived they said that they have not started to review the problem, and we made the decision to bring him back home, because it took 8 days, and I asked him about the deposit and his answer was that (we will no longer return your $200 because it was here for 8 days, it took up a lot of space, etc.) but the anger it gave me is that they charged me for the space for the time I was there, not because they reviewed it to fix it, nor did it. They checked nothing. It was absurd, I agree to pay $50 or $100 but $200 they didn't even check what caused it to turn on anything, it was crazy absurd

Extremely helpful and have serviced by electric scooter numerous times now. Don't know what I would do without them! They go above and beyond to do whatever you might need. 10/10.

I had an issue with the tablet repair but they were very quick to fix it and very understanding. Mistakes happen but the way they handled it I will definitely be a return customer.

The best!!! If you need anything relating to computers, phones, or general electronics, look no further. Adam Bain is a genius, and he has a work ethic to match (he also has a great sense of humor). He's been able to correct any issue we've thrown his way, and he does it virtually immediately. If he has to wait for parts, etc., through no fault of his own, he keeps you apprised of the progress and continues to "harass" the vendor until they come up with the goods. Adam is friendly, funny, and tops in his field, and we couldn't recommend him more highly. As an aside, there is plenty of free parking at A2 Computers, and it's easy-on-easy-off I-94. If you own electronics, you need to know Adam!

When I went to a2 computers, they gave me a reasonable price and time frame quickly. I had a lot against me and a broken phone was just the icing. Two of the staff members saw me being upset in my car after I checked in on my phone before they said it'd be ready and (ofc) it wasn't ready yet. The staff (and owner I'm assuming) went above and beyond making sure I was okay, hooking me up w a loaner and expediting the process and they ate the extra cost for me. Ridiculously great experience. Thanks fellas

I’m from Canton and it was well worth the Drive. The people here were great to work with and very efficient. I had an issue with my electric scooter and they quickly diagnosed and fix the problem. I’m a raving fan…..definitely give them a try!
