I want to give this place 10 stars! We experienced customer service at it's best. We had a crisis today - tire punctured in the middle of the highway close to 9pm where all other shops were closed and no one picked up our calls. A2 tire and the mechanic AJ was literally God sent! They not only picked up our call, AJ stayed back for us after closing hours and waited for us just to help us out in our emergency. He fixed the tire to a perfect condition and we were able to continue our trip back to Canada. They even called us back to follow up if we are safe! Good people exist and todays experience just proved that. God bless this place and AJ!!!!!

I had an issue with the rear back window, the electric motor got broken, but they find the spare part very fast,
Replace it and the window started working like new again. Just ask for AJ and you will get the best customer service. Totally recommended.

I was stranded in Ann Arbor and would have been sleeping in my van as my alternator had died while I was down here and AJ at A2 auto saved me, changed out my alternator and had me on my way home just an hour before they closed!!!!! Thank you so much, AJ!!!!

We got our Honda Pilot repaired at A2 Auto center. The service was very cordial, very reasonable pricing, Majed shows and explains to you what he is doing. I am very satisfied with the service and plan to use A2 Auto Center in the future.

I’ve never received such genuine service from a repair shop. Not only did the staff have the expertise we need, but the owner was refreshingly honest. He quite literally encouraged me to step into the garage and pointed under the hood so I could see the issue as he explained.
He ultimately advised I skip the original reason for our first visit in light of a discovery he’d made, turning down almost $2,000 in income. One of the staff even opened my son’s door for him so he could climb back into the car. Both visits have been an A+++ and I sincerely hope I never have to go anywhere else.

Excellent experience with A2 Auto Center! This is the second time we came here, the first time they helped identified the problem immediately and helped change 3 tires and 1 wheel, and finish the second day, the price of both parts and labor fee are fair reasonable and the service is quick.
The second time we had a small accident at the front door, and this time was a Saturday, they again immediately checked the condition and gave the quote, again, fair price, great service after only two days, now the car looks like new.
Thanks for the professional and quick service! I highly recommend this place for auto repair!

Quite good customer relations. They don't merely try to charge whatever they can. I had a problem, and they dedicated time, effort, and equipment to solve it for free. I appreciate such business ethics. I cannot comment on the quality, as my work was rather minor, but I can confirm they work with good ethics.
