“I have been bringing my dog, Olive, here since I adopted her at 6 weeks old. She is now almost 10 years old. When she was a puppy, the hospital here saved her life. She wasn't eating and having seizures and they nursed her back to health over a period of a week. We come here for her annual wellness appointments, dental cleanings, and her nail trims. I would recommend any of the doctors here. They are all very helpful and friendly. They also have doggy daycare too.”

“I’ve now taken my dog and cat here and this is probably the best vet I’ve ever been to. They take time to answer any and all questions. Each time I’ve been here the waiting room is empty which is great for my leash reactive dog and for my cat who gets stressed out traveling. I would recommend anyone to come here. We drive from Grand Rapids and it’s very much worth the trip. So happy Bridges was recommended to me!”

“Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old kitten yesterday. Grand River was able to get me a same day (morning appointment) for her to be euthanized so that she didn’t have to suffer any longer. I was very impressed with how respectful the workers were of the process. I would highly recommend Grand River, and plan to use them for future veterinary visits.”

“Brought our pet in with whatvInbelieved to be an infected dewclaw. X-rays showed an actual break.They promptly scheduled us for a surgery, provided low and high estimates for cost, and overall provided a caring demeanor when treating our dog.I never expected the surgery to be "cheap" - the price was right where I expected given the procedure they needed to complete. The high-low estimate was much appreciated.The follow up visits were great and our pup is not back to her normal self. We're grateful for this facility being close to the heart of our Caledonia community.”

“I got there on time and there was quite a line. Once the doors were opened things progressed quickly and smoothly. I was told when I could pick up my pet plus received a text when his procedure was finished. I picked him up and was given instructions for care after he got home. Healing was quick and all is well.”
