Seth, the service advisor, was very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He was to the point and offered several options, which were quite an incentive to purchase. Seth and his team jumped right on my order and had me on the road in short order.

Beware unless you have tons of money to throw in the trash in that case you're better off throwing it in the trash took my non-running vehicle there was told my ECM was bad give them anyone to replace it they said it was no good as well they told me they had to do some repinning and nothing seemed to work to come pick up my broken vehicle gave me a bill upon inspection there was nothing unpinned and reconfigured or hooked up there was several cut wires on my factory harness now for people that don't know any better Chrysler spent a lot of money engineering the wiring harness in my vehicle and for somebody else to come along and cut it up and move lawyers around thinking they know something better is beyond me ultimately cleaned up the wiring Mass plugged in some sensors that they unplugged found a small bed ground wire and away we went no issue with the car at all still running my bad ECM it's a shame I had to patch up the wiring as I planned on using this vehicle as a trade-in and I'm pretty sure it's been devalued at a cost to me

Five stars because it won't allow six. ?On the first day of a camping trip, our Dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi suffered a severe exhaust manifold problem. We phoned ahead. Keith, the Service Manager at McInerney, helpfully squeezed us in the next morning (a Saturday). He and his crew discovered both sides had broken, and promised to have the truck fixed by 1 p.m. They didn't realize nearly EVERY bolt was broken on one side and corroded on the other. They triaged the situation, worked all morning on what they originally thought was a 1-hour job, and had the truck ready by 1, and the charge was no more than they'd quoted. They saved our trip. Many thanks to Keith, Casey (?) and the rest of the McInerney team.

While traveling through Alpena, we realized we had two flat inner tires on our Mercedes Benz 3500 Sprinter. I stopped in and spoke with Tom and then Seth, the two service representatives. Tom said they had time to fix it as soon as I could get my replacement tires to them. They were warranted through TR. This was Monday after the 4th of July weekend. Tires arrived later than planned (thanks Fed Ex,) yet Seth and the mechanic were able to R&R both tires as well as balancing them so we were able to get down the road and continue our journey to Canada. Quality of service was excellent and I would recommend these folks to anyone. When I priced the Tires through UpNorth Truck & Tire they were actually cheaper than through Tire Rack but since they were warrantied I had to run through them. I’ve worked with the other Tire shop in town and Upnorth Truck and Tire was a clean and reliable option over the other guys. Their pricing was very reasonable so give these guys a call! Anytime I’m in Alpena I will use these guys for service work!

By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced . They’ve had my vehicle in service for nearly 3 weeks now. I’ve tried calling for a status update and they either don’t answer the phone or they tell me a technician will call me back and it never happens. First and last time dealing with them

The head mechanic Randel McCardell had replaced the exhaust manifolds on my truck with headers and since then I have noticed the exhaust leak getting worse and the tic got worse and all he said he couldn't tighten the bolts down the work man ship dosnt deserv a star

I won't ever ever recommend anyone to this dealership!!! No loaner vehicle wouldn't give us a vehicle to go all the way back to McKinley. Had a guy give us a ride after sitting there 3 hours!!! Couldn't even get lunch after sitting there 3 hours
