Where do I start. maybe with my first phone call where I was told "I am busy but can work on your bike in 2 weeks" which somehow morphed into 3 months. Zero phone calls except for one in the whole three month period. threw a bunch of parts on it without my permission and then when confronted with his turnaround time he got hostile with me over the phone. very unprofessional, very unsatisfied.

Fast service,good job.As usual,took care of my truck as soon as part came in( couple days)& had my wife's car done quickly, only needed a new clamp& tightening.(no charge)!

I called to ask a few questions they were very rude inconsiderate on the phone they hung up on me twice and they yelled at me on the phone for no reason repeating themselves like I was retarded and didn't understand what they were saying. I will never physically take my vehicle there ever to me if you cannot treat an individual with respect on the phone then you're not worth any time or energy
