I drove to Alpena to do some shopping and realized I forgot to take my morning medication. My stomach started hurting and I went in to the pharmacy to ask if I could get a few of my prescription. They filled it for me (I always go to the Oscoda store) and I just left there feeling so happy. ? the girl in the pharmacy was so friendly, I just appreciated them helping me!

BRIAN LOSINSKI AT THE ALPENA RITE AID PHARMACY is extremely inappropriate!! Told me I have no room to speak since I take anxiety medication. Told me to switch pharmacies and hung up on me! I would give 0 stars if I could and I'm never one to complain

Thank you to Brian and the amazing pharmacy staff!! I moved up here and transferred my meds to Rite Aid in Lewiston, which was close to my home. However, i found myself stressed and extremely unhappy and displeased with the service we were receiving. The pharmacy phones are seldom answered and when they are it wasn't a positive experience......EVER!!! After 18months of this continuous lack of patient care, i had to make the choice to travel to Alpena. Alpena Rite Aid is 33 miles from home however, the care that has been given to myself and family has been truly AMAZING!I chose to make this drive several times a month due to their wonderful customer care and support.Again, i thank Brian & his staff for their excellent care. Im so grateful to them all!!!!!

Pharmacist Lee went above and beyond to get me a prescription at a very reasonable fee. He provided excellent service. Both pharmacists I have interacted with at Rite Aid have been excellent. Both my husband and I have received all 4 Covid shots at this Rite Aid.

We drove up from the Detroit area to get our Covid vaccines. The staff at Rite Aid was friendly, helpful and did a get job. Took only a couple of minutes to get our shots.
