“I drove to Alpena to do some shopping and realized I forgot to take my morning medication. My stomach started hurting and I went in to the pharmacy to ask if I could get a few of my prescription. They filled it for me (I always go to the Oscoda store) and I just left there feeling so happy. ? the girl in the pharmacy was so friendly, I just appreciated them helping me!”

“The Walgreens in West Branch was recommended for my prescriptions. My pharmacy is closing. I went to pick up my first script, they were personable, polite, friendly. It was amazing how on top of everything the associates were. The drive thru was very efficient in and out in approximately 4 mins. I love this place.”

“Very friendly people they go out of their way to say hello and help out. It’s a big store so sometimes you’ll need to find someone. Photo dept is operated well and service is great.We use the pharmacy and have had no complaints as yet. They’re very good at sending reminders when your scripts are ready for pick up. We’ve only been a customer for less than a year and have experienced good service at the pharmacy.The store is clean with plenty of parking and the shelves are stocked.OTC meds are retail plus , But they actually have stock most of the time.Overall the experience is good for a large chain.When compared to some of the bigger boxes like walmart the service is stellar.”
