I tried to explain my situation to whichever man answered the phone 30 minutes ago and on three seperate occasion the exact phrase, "no, no, no," came out of his mouth. Mid 3rd time I just hung up. I refuse to be treated like I don't know what I'm talking about, especially when all I'm doing is trying to share info about my vehicle. Whoever answered the phone either shouldn't or needs to learn some manners and how to better interact socially.

Needed a transmission flush and I called on Wednesday got an appointment for Friday I spoke with Matt and George both very nice . Dropped off my car and they called a couple of hours later went and picked up my car and everything was great. I would highly recommend this place. If I need anything else done(which I hope not) I would definitely go back. Price was comparable with other places. Thank you so much for the great service.

If i could seriously rate this place over 10 stars i would. im a first time car owner. i bought a 02 cadillac deville. my car ended up with my check engine light flashing, all lights went out, and a power/battery issue. i took my car all around alpena, and was told no one would touch it. i was sent to over 8 different places. so finally, i went to my coworker and his dad ended up being Steve at J&S auto.. so i decided to give it a go. Steve was reassuring and very kind even though he thought my car was a goner. he gave it a chance. he was backed up for about 2 weeks but got me in as soon as he could, which was about 3 days, and fixed up my car within 1 1/2 days. he called regularly and broke everything down in SO much detail, to keep me updated. he has resonable prices, better than anywhere ive gone. he took dedication on working on my car all night to morning. he’s a GOD of a mechanic and i will now ONLY take my vehicles to J&S Auto.Services: Electrical
