“Want to express my gratitude to Mark the store manager at the Alpena Home Depot. We went to pick up an order the morning of the 18th and it was mistakenly put down for pick up at 4pm that day. With only a couple of days to work on the project the 4 pm pick up time would have put a big delay in getting started. Mark the manager got wind of it and immediately got some loaders working on the order, with in an hour they had everything pulled and on top of that they also pulled some additional product we needed.
