“I was homeless in Alpena Michigan years ago. And I stayed at this homeless shelter. And a guy named Troy was the main person at this homeless shelter back then. And plus I was down in the basement painting my finger nails. And I got kicked out of the homeless shelter. Because of it. But the homeless shelter was nice at the time.”

“The early on program came into my life with my youngest, and was so amazing. The teacher was so kind and patient and understanding. My 3 year old was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, and I would of never figured that out if the teacher didn't notice the tremors he was having. The program is so amazing, along with the nemsca headstart program. I couldn't thank everyone enough.”
