Outstanding service. I hit a large buck at highway speeds and destroyed the front of my Ford F150. The workers at the body shop did an amazing job making my truck look flawless. Not only was my truck repaired quickly but they also went out of there way to get my truck back to me outside of business hours. -Professional hard workers who genuinely care about there customers.

I had an appointment for a oil change. It was almost 4 hours. When I checked in I asked either for a loaner or a ride home. Service Advisor said sure no problem. And forgot all about me.

I needed a vehicle fast because mine broke down on the road I called Cody and told him I'm on my way in . Told him the amount I could spend I got to the garage he fixed me up with a 2017 chevy silverado 1500 awesome truck but the down fall there was no warranty offered after paying $32, . Lot of money at a high risk.

We had a blow out on our way North a four hour drive; Chris got us right in and ordered a set of tires and got us right back in to get us taken care of before the 4 hours back home and at a reasonable price! Thank you, Chris, the service writer, who took good care of us!!

We were in the market for a used vehicle, stopped in to have a look and felt pretty insulted from the salesman that said he would only open the vehicle I was asking to look at if I was serious about buying it.We left and went to Charlevoix Auto and bought our new car where we'll happily return.

Came in with coupon for oil change and FREE tire rotation, was told I could not use coupons as I purchased tires there, so I was going to be billed for full price oil change. After saying I would no longer have my vehicle serviced there again, the serviced desk change there tune. This is the third Chevy pickup I purchased there. I should not have to fight for what coupons state.

Our salesman Leaird retired. We have been leasing from the dealership for over 20 years. Steve Jakubcin and Matt Seguin stepped right in and handled our lease. They worked as a team and answered our questions.

They fixed the damage that a deer had caused. In the process they did slightly damage an aftermarket device. But they ordered a replacement. I thought that was real standup of them. When I first found out I was mildly irritated, but they didn't even give me a chance to bluster at all, they just asked where I had purchased it, so they could replace it. Very standup. Kudos for them.

My family and I were on vacation in Alpena for the 4th of July week. My wife and I had been looking for a replacement vehicle for her for a month or so. We live in a smaller town named Pinckney near Ann Arbor. Our vehicle search downstate had been quite frustrating. Late-model vehicles with a lot of miles, interior wear and high prices (well, prices are fairly high everywhere - sigh.)We happened to drive past Cliff Anschuetz on US-23 in Alpena and my wife saw a few vehicles she thought we might be interested in. Came back the following day (in a thunderstorm) and Matt Seguin met us at the door. He was extremely polite and helpful. We told him what we were looking at and he grabbed the keys so we could take a test drive. We ended up test driving five vehicles that afternoon - with Matt giving us the highlights of each.All of the vehicles we test drove were extremely clean inside and out. Pricing was also much better than downstate. Which is much more that I can say for many of the dealers we visited in the Ann Arbor area. We ended up settling on a 2020 GMC Acadia - which was so clean it didn’t even seem to be previously owned. Matt and Michelle from finance helped us get everything set for the purchase - including local financing which was at a better rate than what we were able to get from the bank or credit unions we have belonged with for many years.When we picked up the vehicle, it was even more thoroughly detailed and had a full tank of gas - and the tires were replaced (because they felt that the ones on the vehicle were near the end of their life.) Matt patiently spent time with my wife - explaining all of the new features. When we left the dealership, my wife and I looked at each other and agreed that that purchase was one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had.Thanks Matt, Michelle and everyone else at Cliff Anschuetz Chevrolet that helped with our purchase. We will be sure to save any future vehicle purchases for when we are on vacation in Alpena! Seriously though - I think a lot of Detroit-area dealership personnel should visit this dealership to see how things should be done!
