Bob is a national treasure. We were in the Alpena area on vacation when our alternator died. Emily at AutoZone called Bob on a Saturday afternoon and explained our situation. He was willing to come in to work on a Sunday so we could get home on Monday. Bob is an excellent communicator, fantastic mechanic, and all around good person. Our car was fixed early Sunday afternoon so we could enjoy our last day in the area - and it cost less than we were expecting (especially for his coming in on a Sunday!) . If we lived in the area, Bob's Muffler & Auto Repair would be our go-to shop because they are honest, reliable, and have very competitive pricing. The world needs more people like Bob.

Will never take my vehicles anywhere else if I cannot do it myself. I have known the Reed family for all 27 years of my life and they are great people. Atrociously knowledgeable, great prices, fast work.

Great service! Went out of there way to get us fixed up when we broke down on a Sunday. Even drove to the hotel to pick us up after it was fixed. Got it done before we had to pay another day at the hotel. Would gladly use them again and would recommend them.
