Emily is a LIFESAVER! We literally coasted into the parking lot having lost all power in our car. Emily quickly diagnosed the issue was our alternator. As this was 12:30pm on a Saturday afternoon - and we were supposed to head back home on Monday morning, we weren't sure when/how the car would get fixed. Emily to the rescue! She called Bob of Bob's Muffler & Auto Repair, told him our predicament and he offered to fix it for us the next day (Sunday) so we could head home as scheduled. Finally, Emily recommended a local tow company to help us get the car over to Bob's. Emily is very knowledgeable, has exceptional customer service skills, and goes above and beyond. She put our minds at ease during a stressful situation and we are incredibly grateful for all she did for us. We have had nothing but positive experiences at AutoZone through the years, but our experience in Alpena tops them all. Thank you!

Emily at the Alpena Autozone knows her stuff and goes out of her way to help! I started with one associate but it was Emily who answered my questions, jumped in to help me fix my problem, suggested a good value part and made sure that everything was working before I left the lot.
Give that gal a raise! She rocks! Excellent experience.

Very friendly employees Had to have my sons truck scanned for codes and pick up parts for my dad and I was in, waited and out within 20 min. Professional helpful crew.

The last time I went there which was about 5 years ago , in spite of handing the Associate my registration with the VIN # he gave me the wrong front strut assembly. I didn't find out it was the wrong one until I'd been sitting at the autoshop for 3 hours and an angry mechanic came out into the customer waiting area and told me it was the wrong part. My relationship with that shop
is not very good now because of what happened. AutoZone was good about giving me a refund when I brought the part back to return.
Please tell staff to be very carefull in picking out the right part for customers.

This is for Bob Cramer at store #4355! He was a life saver. Was camping in Harrisville, while out site seeing our truck over heated. Limped the truck over 25 miles to get checked at a Chevy or GMC dealer only to find out that they could not see us until the following week. Ended up at store #4355 shared with Bob what was happening. He not only had the parts in stock, but also sent us to a place to have it fixed!!! My faith is once more restored and will be forever thankful to Bob Cramer and store #4355!
