This lamp has been in our family for 4 generations. Mike did a beautiful job restoring it to it's original condition. It was a difficult job. We had to fabricate the aluminum support pieces. His patience and perseverance got it done. His top quality restoration will keep it in our family for generations to come. Thanks Mike.

While this is more of a picture of our ? this chair was completely refurbished several years ago and we were completely thrilled with the beautiful and detailed work. We are looking at another refurbish project for you soon. ???

Love this antique shop - - amazing unique items that you will not see anywhere else. Family-owned - - I have had the distinct pleasure of speaking with the owner and family members. Extremely knowledgeable and obviously professional. They also do restorations and upholstery. A definite destination to put on your list!

Well, perhaps I would have given this place a better review if I ever had a chance to actually go inside the place, but it's never open. Even when it's open (business hours are posted on the door after all), it's not open. Don't waste your time and gas going there.

I've driven by many times and finally had the time to stop in. I'm an avid antiquer and collector and was excited to check out a new place. While Mike's parents were very sweet and welcoming, Mike himself was rude and made me feel as though I was in the way and unwelcome. There were some neat things. Unfortunately I won't be back.

I worked with the owner, Jeff, to purchase a rare and beautiful safe that he had in his store. Jeff was very responsive and willing to help in any way to make the experience great, right from the beginning. He answered emails right away and he called to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, after purchase, there was an issue that needed to be resolved. I called Jeff to discuss the issue and he went out of his way to make things right. He followed up with me for several days to keep me in the loop and to ensure that everything was still working towards my satisfaction. This is a very good, honest, and hardworking company. I highly recommend Mike's Antiquary and will be returning often to see what other treasures he has found to share with us!!

Mike failed to complete the project as requested. Upon delivery he flat out lied about a request we had made...And rather than trying to fix the problem he insisted that we agreed on something else rather than refer back to his notes which clearly specified exactly what we wanted. We spent about an hour in his shop going over the details and measurements and specifics so as to prevent this very error from happening. Would not recommend his shop to anyone and will not patronize again. Sadly we have a project that turned out less than expected.

I kept driving by this place when working in Imalay city, and I was curious what it was. Come to find out, Mike's Antiqury fixes old furniture. I brought him a couple of pieces and he fixed them up great. Then I told my mom about him; and then she's been bringing him furniture to fix too. He knows what he's talking about. If you have peices of furniture that have sentimental value and you want it fixed, I'd definitely go here.

Met Mike for the first time today and it was a pleasure. He has a lot of nice things in his shop and the restoration work on his items were outstanding. He was there for questions when needed but let you look around at your own pace and not over your shoulder.

Nothing but high marks for this place- not only was the owner patient with my “pickiness “ , our table was refinished with perfection. There was details on my piece I didn't even know about until I saw the finished table -very happy!!

It's okay. I found a Home Goods sticker on the bottom of an "antique." Very nice people with since very lovely and reasonably priced antiques. You just need to know what you're buying that's all. Enjoy! Stop in for a visit, they're friendly folk, and won't bother you whilst you browse, but are nearby if you have questions or are ready to make an offer. And yes you CAN haggle here. Such fun. Just bumped up to 4 stars from 3, would get 5 of it were bigger and open longer, or had later hours.
