  Had an appointment for COVID-19 vaccine and she had to reschedule it. Corporate Rite-Aide are making appointments and they don't even physically have them! Spoke to Trisha the store manager and she was non caring and downright rude.

  A newer pharmacist talked my parents into getting every new preventative vaccine available without checking to see if their insurance covered any of it. Of course, it didn't. They had to pay a lot and need to have some boostered which means more money ! Please check to see if it is covered and let the client know so they can make an informed decision.
