Absolutely terrible customer service. I went in to retrieve items from my car that was on the hoist and was treated like the biggest nuisance. The woman who rudely greeted me upon entering rolled her eyes and threw her head back when I told her what I needed. I vocalized how I felt saying that I'm a paying customer and I don't know why I'm being given attitude for asking questions. That triggered the woman and she proceeded to yell and scream at me and wave her finger in my face. She yelled so loud the mechanic came running over to diffuse the situation. I told him about the items I needed and he went to retrieve them. I then spoke to the woman again asking why when I asked about being treated badly I was treated even worse. This ensued another explosion and I was eventually kicked out of the building for simply asking to be treated kindly. I waited outside for my items and she practically threw them at me and made a point to stop and stare at me with intense hatred in her eyes. They also charged me $60 more than what was agreed upon without updating me prior to completing the service. Worst customer experience of my life.

To start,let me say that I’ve given plenty of business to this shop both big and small jobs, but I’ve had it.I’m over lousy customer service & lack of faith that my car will be correctly fixed.Anybody who answers the phone is inconvenienced when you ask to bring a vehicle in. I shouldn’t be made to feel like a bad guy for wanting to give you my business.On recent occasions, vehicle has been in for service and either the problem hasn’t been correctly fixed it or the problem gets worse.There’s better shops around that give plenty more quality to your time & money.Good luck.

Was thankful they fit me in right away to put 4 tires on my car. Buuut...they didnt tighten the lug nuts properly. Almost lost one tire while driving. Also on the other tire, they cross threaded a lug nut so bad i could not get it off. The wheel stud ended up breaking. Not feeling so thankful for them anymore.

Terrible customer service. I was treated rudely and like a nuisance from the moment I walked in the door. After about the 3rd eye roll I spoke up and asked why I was being treated so poorly. In response I was shouted at and had a finger wagged in my face, and eventually told to leave the building and never come back. It was surreal. Worst customer experience of my entire life. They also charged me $60 more than the discussed and agreed upon price. Highly disappointed and confused.
