Got an oil change couple months ago. They left lug nuts loose on rear tire! Lucky I got in somewhere else to fix!

Place was nice and everyone so polite but my head light wasn't put in correctly and now I'm left with a head light that's in the middle and another that's on the side and pointing down not in the middle, hard to see driving.

Where to begin...?? Had my H2 Hummer in for an exhaust manifold told my husband it was going to be about $387 out the door. Once I got there it was almost $600! Oh ya, then they didn't disconnect the battery before torching! Needless to say the computer was fried and a ground wire was cut! Didn't put the manifold back like how it was! Screws and bolts were loose to wear I could unloosen them with a finger!!! Never ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Took it to someone that actually knew what they were doing and after over 55 hours of labor!!!!! We finally have our Hummer back! Thanks to Cole!So my question is???? Who should be paying for this??? Fixing the problem twice, plus having to replace more parts from what was Midas mistake! Y'all should reimburse what you did or you can pay the new bill!!!

I flipped my car and it was towed to this shop. They were very fair with pricing. Honestly they have the best price around. I paid less than half i would've any where else for a full under carriage replacement. I would recommend you go here if you have not gone anywhere else before.

The owner is a crook and so is his son Bryan. $750 later my engine light is still on.had to file a complaint with the BBB. They don't want to fix their mistakes or refund my money and everything is still under warranty. Please don't ever take your car there.. over priced rip off shop scam artists.

Great place to have work done if your a male. They take advantage of females and senior citizens with a 60% mark up on parts from what has been discovered. Family member went in for a oil change got hit for a belt. The belt that was taken off vehicle was taken to different mechanic shops and the belt was still in great shape as the vehicle that it came off of has less then 70,000 miles on it. My muffler came loose as I pulled into work. My husband was working out of town and I live 35 miles away. Frakes was able to get my vehicle repaired the same day and saved me having to figure out how to get home.
