horrible customer service, manager threatens to close accounts of loyal patrons, refusing to deposit a simple check with no cash back is completely unprofessional

We LOVE Mercantile Bank!! Their tellers all have such great personalities and always greet you with a friendly smile. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
