“The employee’s at the Alma AutoZone Store ALWAYS go above and beyond for me. I can’t tell you all how much I appreciate their willingness to come out (even on cold days) and assist me with my vehicle needs. Today, Clifford was such a pleasant person to deal with and he was able to show me exactly what was wrong with my battery connection, what I needed to fix and do what needed to be done to get me on my way. I got the inexpensive part needed and I was able to drive off knowing the issue with my vehicle was resolved.
I am also very grateful for the awesome raffle item given at the end of last year for our fundraising Christmas Party. Special Olympics and the Law Enforcement Torch Run Team MDOC are very appreciative for the generosity shown from your staff. Thank you Alma AutoZone! Best AutoZone Store in my eyes!

“What a great group of people. I had taken my battery out of my car at o Riley’s just up the road think I could get a cheaper battery there. So to save money I walked the battery down to advance to buy one. Curt insisted on giving me a ride back to my car to install the battery with his personal car. “I just had my brand new vehicle serviced here I normally do my own service work but this is my first brand new vehicle so I figured I'll give the dealer a shot. First off the staff here is very friendly they had my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. They called me after I left and told me they forgot to adjust the tire pressures in my truck. (That's ok mistakes happen) the fact that the tech owned up to his mistake and was honest means alot to me. it's hard to find good honest people nowadays. I can't remember the techs name but he does a very good job. Keep up the good honest work(service date was 7/13/24)”
