Loved my time at West Wind! Only reason my fiancé and I moved was because of the commute to and from work/school. Wish we didn’t have to go. Quiet neighbors (except across the street during home football games… but hey, it’s a college town!), friendly staff, and super clean apartment when I moved in/moved out. We will miss this place!

My daughter lived there for a year before moving back to her home town. She and I both loved the layout of the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The cleanliness and upkeep was outstanding. The staff, especially Miguel, was wonderful to work with and extremely friendly. The rates were reasonable and she felt safe living there. I hope one day they will consider building up north. She definitely would rent from them again.

The staff are always going above and beyond to make their tenants feel welcomed and always have fun activities planned for each month. West Wind is a very beautiful modern style place to live, everything is up to date! I love that it's close by the GRCC and GVSU for those that go to school nearby, also it close to gas stations and stores so no long trips for necessities. Some unique features this place has is a dog park and a playground for children. They have great security and amazing maintenance. Have an issue with something maintenance is on their way and ready to fix it asap! West wind also has a gym and a relaxing area to chill with friends and watch tv, or play games. They also provide fresh coffee and hot cocoa! West Wind is the place to be! :) Thanks West Wind for being so awesome!!!

I can't say enough good things about West Wind. I lived here for over two years, and everyone on staff was been nothing short of helpful, kind and accommodating throughout my stay. If you are reading this and looking for an apartment, look no further.

If you are looking for a quiet living area in Allendale as either a student or non student I couldn’t recommend enough. The club house is a great study area and they usually have treats and free coffee! Also the community grill is nice.

I really liked living here for the first few months, good amenities and the gym is great. But you run the risk of loud pets next door that'll bark though work calls and all hours of the night. Mgt. won't do much unfortunately. Up to you to take that gamble when signing a lease here.

West wind is amazing going on my 2nd year with west wind and have not been disappointed. The apartments and office are great! Everyone in the office deserves a huge raise. 10/10 would recommend to a friend looking for a place to live!

Our daughter lived here when West Wind was first built so when we found out we were moving here this was the first and only place we called! Love the area! The West Wind staff is super prompt and friendly with all of our questions! I love the feel of being in a little community! I love my patio and the fire pit and grill! The clubhouse coffee is pretty nice too!!

Lived here for a few months without any major problems. The office workers and maintenance do their best to address whatever issues they can, and in a timely manner too.Guest parking is abysmal so don't plan on being able to have anyone over without potential parking violations. Pet-friendly complex so expect to be kept up late/woken up early by neighboring animals.

We have really enjoyed living here so far! Both management and maintenance are great and super helpful. The clubhouse and amenities are wonderful.

Nice apartments with a great price point. Maintenance and Office Staff are very quick to respond to issues. Nice location with not alot of the campus apartment issues or feel.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING FOR RENT HERE! I submitted my application all the my personal details, including my paystub, employment details etc. They tried to verify my employment but my employer shared paid service link for verification. They don't want to pay for it. Then, they asked me bunch of bs via email and I responded all their queries back to back immediately. Finally, they asked me to share my HR or Boss email. I responded promptly with requested details (it was almost closing hour). Next day, early morning, they email me saying that they have rented the apartment to someone else. I have never experience with such an ach 'OLs in my whole life. Here are two persons involve in my application process: Sena Pummill, Ashleigh McCatty. If you find these two names, dealing with your application then GOOD LUCK!
