Patrick, a manager at this location, answered my call and was entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. He offered only one option to verify my account and either would not understand that the text message for confirmation was sent to a phone with a broken screen or did not care to offer an alternative. Other than sending a message to another number on the account for them to authorize, this being relatives that are HOURS away, Patrick did not offer any alternative options, like the PIN on the account or the answers to the security questions. He hung up on me twice and answered zero questions regarding the concern while over talking me, a customer, before stating he would not serve me and to go to another location after I got upset and yelled back. Either he is a robot who doesn’t understand a person’s frustration having a broken phone (which was my fault) and having someone yell at you and overtalk you or a human who doesn’t care to actually help anyone else but himself. Sad that he is a manager who will not a serve a VERY longtime Verizon customer. I’ve dealt with this same situation before many times and never met anyone like him.

Very poor customer service. The employee was very rude and implied that I was trying to purchase a phone without authorization from business account when I had the PIN number and tried contacting the account signers . He helped my husband without presence of the business account owners and became very angered when I pointed it out and quickly lost his temper and denied it. Will go to a different location or purchase online . Unless someone is stealing something this treatment is inappropriate.

I bought a new Pixel 7 in January. This week it stopped sending and receiving calls. I bought local for support and took it in to see if there was an upgrade or something that could fix it. The salesman I purchased it from, turned it off and on and said that's all he could do, I needed to contact Google. I ended contacting Verizon directly and received a new phone. I won't waste my time there again.

After years of honorable service - my Google Pixel 2 was plucking at the last threads Lady Fate had woven for it. I wasn't sad at the passing of my Google Pixel 2, but relieved that the Russel Verizon store was near by. Ever more fortunate I would become, as the Representative of Verizon Ethan skillfully guided and assisted with the delicate process of reincarnating my Google Pixel 2 into a new - more lively vessel. I am eternally thankful for Ethan's expertise facilitating my position to give thanks from this new and more powerful incarnation that is the Google Pixel 6.

Never had an issue with my phone, but trying to get my husband switched over is like trying to pull teeth. Not only did we have to wait 48 hours for some activation code. After that we had to wait another whole day for it to be activated. And his old phone has already lost service so now he has absolutely no way of being contacted for his job.Clearly the employees here don’t care about inconveniencing your whole life just to get a phone activated. Even better let’s leave a new kid who’s 2 weeks new, at the store alone when he doesn’t know how to do things.Very disappointed.

The customer service here was great. I went in on a Sunday to upgrade my phone, and it was very busy, with only one person working. But the customer service remained great despite being so swamped, and Josh was very kind and helpful! Thank you again!

I guess we close at 6 means we close at 5:59. ETA was 5:30 but I had to stay late to help a customer. The irony in that statement. Plenty of Verison's in the sea.
