  Very rude, and horrible customer service. A family member went to the post office to see if a package had been delivered and held there. Employee would not even bother looking if a package under her name was available, and asked irrelevant questions, had a bad attitude and was not helpful at all.   Had a question of the status of my package, the person didn’t even take my name, told me it was sent back without even checking and then hung up the phone. Terrible job with zero care for what I had to say, and she didn’t even give me two minutes to explain what had happened. Avoid if possible.

  Tired of not receiving mail when it’s supposed to be delivered. What good is the informed email that we get letting us know what we are getting for the day when they don’t deliver any of the mail. Also tired of them cramming a package in the mailbox and you have to cut the box open just to get it out.
