Used Cars in Allendale, MI

“Hello, I began looking for a used Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk several months ago and looked at literally hundreds of them in many states. I found one in an online listing at Miedema and spoke with Dan regarding coming to see the vehicle as we are 2 1/2 hrs travel time from the dealership, he assured me he would hold the vehicle for me until we could get there to test drive it, long story short, my wife loved it, the price was right and we made the purchase. We were 2 weeks into our new ride and on a trip to Kansas City when the unthinkable happened, the front end started making noises and a portion of the electronics shut down, repair costs came in at around $1300.00. I spoke with Ryan who informed me that we did have a warranty but unfortunately it only covered drive train issues of which this was not. Dan and Ryan got together and decided that they would help with the repair bill and sent me a check that covered a good portion of the bill. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Miedema and send a friend there as well.”

Parker was extremely helpful on making sure I got my 2019 Escape. I mentioned my concern for safety and reliance in a vehicle because I’m a young mother, he showed me all the cool things this car had to offer for car seats and family outings.
He was very patient with my partner and i as we came to discuss mileage and repairs, car notes, all sorts of things. (First time buying a car from a lot)
Within my year of owning my car, I have had 0 issues making and planning appointments/getting into contact with Station45.
I feel as though I was sold a very good and reliable car that will more than likely be my child’s first car 16 years from now!

“Bought two vehicles back in December from them. I needed a car asap as my previous car took a crap. We saw a 2013 ford escape posted on Facebook for sale I called and asked if it was still for sale and it was so we drove over and test drove it and a 2008 f350. The escape had a loud blower motor but the owner said he would get it fixed before we left with it but I needed a car that day so I could go to work. He said we could bring it back and he would get it fixed but didn’t have time with my busy schedule. About 3 weeks or so after buying a coolant valve went bad in the escape ( escapes are known for this from what I have searched) I called and he offered to fix it for us but it was cheap enough we just fixed it at home. Everybody was very friendly even stayed open later so we could get both vehicles home since we didn’t plan on buying two. My sister also bought a car through them a few month later and loves it. We still have both vehicles and they are amazing. I always recommend people checking out their lot. I would buy from them again. Always remember when buying a vehicle new/used it can have issues that aren’t the dealers fault but when the dealer is willing to fix the issue it shows how great the dealer is”
