“I had a appointment for a covid test on Thursday at 1pm, but I have been so sick the last few days and not thinking right I thought it was at 3pm. When I got to the Pharmacy and pulled up my confirmation email and saw that it was for 1pm I was thinking I would be told to reschedule my appointment but no.i was told no problem and I got my test. Thanks so much to the Walgreen employee.”

“Just picked up photos and had the best customer service from Dylan. I wasn’t even in Walgreens for 5 minutes and the entire interaction was so pleasant. The store was busy and at first glance my photos weren’t there, but rather than being made to feel like I was holding them up or something was wrong, he cheerfully did a quick search and located them while being personable and with the most lovely disposition. The best interaction I’ve had in any store this Christmas season. Walgreens, you have a gem in this employee.”
