Easy check in. Lab Staff were really nice and I was in and out very quickly. New location was really easy to find. Very clean environment in the waiting room and the lab.

One of the worst medical experiences I have ever had in my last 50 years. They forgot to give me the service I signed up for and then charged something else and would not negotiate to correct or meet in the middle. I have since left for another provider. They seem very aggressive to charge more money. Very sad knowing UofM history in the medical field. Know this is not associated with UoM Ann Arbor

I tried to get an Rx for sleeping pills I take. Dr Berlin’s office told me I needed an appointment and then they’d call it in. I made the appointment and they put the Rx in as high priority! Did they send it in? Of course not. Without the pill I won’t sleep. Guess I can read all night!! I really wish people would do what they say they will.

Waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room for a TB reading that they check at the counter and you don’t need an appt for is ridiculous and it’s not the first time. Will not be returning.

Nice new facility. The staff is friendly and efficient. I can’t say enough how great Dr. Warner and Beth are. Been seeing them both for years now. They are both thorough and genuinely care. They really helped me when I had some stuff going on and always took time to understand what was going on. Can’t thank them enough.

My experience at the check in desk was less than impressive. The woman working up front was extremely difficult to deal with and was completely annoyed that I needed additional assistance being my first visit to this location. Once I got past her things went much smoother. What a horrible way for patients to start their visit and may I add a bad look for patients new to the Metro family.

This is the best doctors office I've been to in years. I love Dr Dunn my primary care doctor. He's thorough and really listens to your concerns. They have a lab right on site, so you can get all labs and doctors visits done in the same building.

Absolutely pathetic, the nerve these people have to even call themselves doctors. I was turned down for a visit since I tested positive for covid. I asked if a virtual visit was an option, and they told me to call back when I no longer had covid. What would be the point of that exactly? I would not recommend going here. The staff are incompetent, pushy, and lack common sense.

Such incompetent people. Tried to get my labs done there, but they wanted me to fax the orders from one metro office to the other. They were internal orders! It's in my MyChart.. Apparently, they will refuse flu vaccines before the month of October as well. Spectrum Health has been giving them away for weeks. Never will I go back to this office.
