“This is still the best fresh meat I've found in the area. Chicken, pork and beef. They also make their own jerky, and on Saturdays they slow roast ribs and they are ready to eat and delicious. Friendly and they now take credit cards.”

“WOW, we finally found a real "Butcher Shop / Meat Market. Funny, it's been here for more than a hundred years. This shop is very clean and no nasty odors. Their meat is fresh, they have a great selection of cuts and everything is priced well. Beef, pork and some chicken. We didn't see any veal or lamb, that is the only reason why we rated them a four. It's nice being able to buy as little, or as much that you need. Nothing is wrapped in plastic and styrofoam, just good old fashioned butcher paper. They do take special requests, just call ahead. This is not a "Grocery Store" just a great Meat Market. Yes, we will be purchasing our meats here at Gemmans Meat Shop. Take a little drive, we promise you won't be disappointed.”
