Highly recommend. I had no issues with the rental or key process. Facility is clean and staff was very nice. They have very reasonable rates. The staff also told me they are installing a brand new camera system so that makes me really happy.

Very poor customer service. They don't monitor the outside storage.
We keep our space prepaid even if not in use so we have it when we need it.
Someone parked in our spot because a tree went down. We weren't asked if they could park there they just chose to do it.
We have just returned for winter and we're getting ready to put in storage. No spot.
Our HOA has rules about parking at our home. No spot. The owners felt we weren't inconvenienced...WHAT!!!
Even if we didn't go there immediately
We PAID for the spot!!!
MARK & owner felt we didn't get our RV in there as soon as we returned it was OK for the boat owner to park there.
They refused to offer any compensation.
Poor customer service on there part.
WE prepay our spot way in advance and never late!
They told us they were full with RV storage and pretty much didn't care about our situation.
NONSENSICLE Saga continues...the key in box doesn't work for lock. We can't even get to our spot. Emergency number said they
Would take care of it tomorrow. We need to go tonight! Who knows if they will get in tomorrow.
We are paying for something we can't use!
With no compensation!!

Old Owners were awesome!!! the new ownership not so much. Raised rates right after taking over. Lot has water issues and if it is wet you need 4X4 to get a camper out without getting stuck. I had to change spots due it to not being able to get my camper back in my normal spot after pulling it out. The only safe spot they had was a pull through and they forced me to pay the additional rate (an additional $15/month). Then charged me a late fee because my bank auto pay paid the old rate the following month. Old owner kept the grass cut and would cut the grass on the spots when the units were not in the spot, grass last summer was shin to knee high and we had a mouse problem for the first time.

Inadequately staffed and not very accommodating for such a simple job. Took 3 requests to get her to meet to remove a lock. She couldn’t do it because she was too busy! I must be missing something, the job doesn’t seem that hard or busy. She didn’t take a cleaning deposit b/c it was going to cause her more work, so that’s good.

Great place with easy access from Allendale or Robinson twp. Pricing is lower than others also!
