Highly recommend. I had no issues with the rental or key process. Facility is clean and staff was very nice. They have very reasonable rates. The staff also told me they are installing a brand new camera system so that makes me really happy.

Inadequately staffed and not very accommodating for such a simple job. Took 3 requests to get her to meet to remove a lock. She couldn’t do it because she was too busy! I must be missing something, the job doesn’t seem that hard or busy. She didn’t take a cleaning deposit b/c it was going to cause her more work, so...
