The sales lady explained to us how the store's policies work and if we want we can customize what we want. The best thing was she didn't follow us all over and was not pushy. The quality of Amish made furniture is unbeatable.

Spectacular shopping experience! Customer service was spot on, from the minute we walked in, down to the gentleman that delivered our sofa and ottoman. We purchased a 1919-benson sofa and ottoman and couldn’t be happier!! It’s amazing! Broene’s for the win!!

I went to this store for the first time and found the sales people helpful and friendly. They allowed me to take home a fabric sample which ultimately resulted in my purchase of an electric recliner. Amanda explained the warranty on the chair as well as stating that Broene’s backs up any purchases and to just let them know if there are any issues and they would address them. I was also very happy that there was no delivery fee and that they would take my old chair for $35. I will definitely return here for any future furniture needs.

We purchased a sectional from Broene's Furniture and my goodness it is my favorite thing we own! It was costly but well worth it because I know it is going to last! It is grey leather and high-backed and so comfy and just so great (gushing I know, but I do love it!).There are so many pieces in that store that I can see in my home. It is expensive, but the quality is worth it. I also love that you can pretty much customize anything!

Had great experience Broene's! Elysiah was great. She was awesome with my autistic son and had an extensive conversation with him about the Marvel Cinematic Universe. My girls hunted down the 13 hidden chicks in the store a won a prize. Oh ya we ordered a beautiful new dining table that will be here in 4 to 5 months. It was sale which not only meant a lower price but also no sales tax. Delivery is free since we live within 30 miles. So excited for our new table!

Everything about our experience was great, except for delivery of furniture. 6 month deliver time has turned into 11 months, maybe. Cancelled order as they cannot fulfill in a timely manner.Nice staff and good luck as a small business!

Awesome selection of high quality, non-particle board furniture. Solid wood, expertly crafted into keepsake pieces that will stay in the family for generations.A lot of quarter-sawn oak, Amish made, original styled, wonderful suits of furniture for any space.Better save your pennies, it comes at a sacrifice. Well worth it, though.Additional note: Our ordered Amish furniture was fulfilled after 6 months of waiting, but we are perfectly happy with what they delivered and set-up! Such art and craftsmanship! In fact, it is even nicer than their displayed pieces, which were already fine pieces.Feeling very happy about Broene's Furniture right now.Included 6 photos, just so you can get a sense of the wood quality and the beautiful grain-figuring as well as the fine finishes and construction.

I believe the staff here are great but I sadly will not be purchasing from broenes again and for these reasons, 1. we ordered our first purchase in May 2021 than our second in April. it is now November and still no furniture. we knew we would be waiting but we were initially told the longest would be September 2021. 2. my husband and I have called multiple times to get an ETA on our furniture. we have been told 3 different things (delivery Nov 6, not in stock at all, no actual eta but that furniture had shipped.) 3. was told I would get a call back with details but never received a call so had to call back the following day. the staff member actually put a note in the system we spoke but never called back with an update. now I know we would be waiting but I constantly see posts for furniture that is in stock and ready for delivery yet 6 months in and we still are without our furniture without any update on eta.

What furniture store can you sketch an end table that will house a small vintage television and have it built exactly to your specifications in an efficient amount of time? From custom builds to buying off the floor, if I want a quality piece of furniture or accessories at an affordable price, I start at Broene's. Sometimes I shop around after that, I always end up at Broene's in the end. Staff are knowledgable, friendly, and communicate throughout the purchase process. I was surprised by the other reviews. I'm a perfectionist, and I love this place.
