worst service and knowleage. they selling just part without No response and No Professional. finally, one manager(him) said "we are not GRAVELY" dealer. we just sold another brand and it fits my zero-turn lawn mower. No warranty - whatever the buyer has to deal with the manufacturer. spent $1800 bagger unit. thank you horrible experience. why not just tell me when I call you what I need to switch the mounting bolt? $93.00 charge for simple work and I drive 2hr trip two times to drop and pick up.

Time works differently here, a 24 hour rental needs to be returned the same day by 5pm or they charge you 50% more to return it next business day. Even though the rental paperwork says it is due back the next day they are open (Monday), the staff made clear that it had to be returned same day because they were not open Sunday. This policy is not disclosed on their website nor is the extra fee for "weekend" rentals, just a surprise fee when you show up that is contradicted by the rental agreement.

This is my favorite go to hardware store. It is conveniently located to where I live. The staff is amazing, and the store has grown to include some amazing additions to their offerings. As a general contractor, I make a run almost each Saturday as I plan for my upcoming week. Owned by good Christian people that respect the Sabath and is closed on this day. Our community is blessed to have them be part of it.

I returned an unopened bag of bird seed to exchange it for a different "flavor". I no longer had the receipt and they were able to look up my purchase on the computer and get the amount I paid for the original bag of seed. Very easy and uncomplicated.
