Rick was able to fit me in same day as I called.
While talking with the insurance adjuster Rick repaired the chip in the windshield.
The conversation with my insurance adjuster took longer than Rick did fixing the windshield.
The whole process was seamless and fast.

First job we used them for, we left the car in our shop, and they took care of the rest. They were the best price on OEM glass in town. They align the lane keep assist cameras using the cheaper but slightly less accurate method that uses a mobile setup.
The second job they did for us they had to come back out because they reused one time use plastic clips in some places and didn't use any clips in others when reinstalling the cowl. The owner was argumentative and asked how I could possibly know anything about these plastic clips. I explained that I just own the body shop that the windshield is being replaced at and previously installed the cowl. His response was "Wow! Well isn't that great!" It took a lot of talking with him to get someone to come out and correct it.

Rick and Brandon both assisted me over the phone, they were both great to talk to and schedule a needed a repair. They got me right in very fast. They were very reasonable and worked directly with my insurance. Rick traveled to my home on date, was an hour early. Did a fantastic job. Awesome guy. As unfortunate as a glass repair is, I hope to do business with them again. They are too notch. 10/10

The technician who replaced my windshield went above and beyond to do a great job. My SUV is 20 years old and the tech took time to grind away rust around the window opening and apply primer before installing the glass. I greatly appreciate him going the extra mile to do the repair correctly.

These guys usually do fast, quality work - this time it was just fast. Went to use my windshield wipers today (worked fine on our road trip to FL prior to the windshield replacement) - they're wonky now, and don't work. Do I need to pay to have this fixed?
