Been going here since I was a pre-teen. Their office staff has ruined the entire experience, over and over. Snotty, rude always acting inconvinced. Sad to leave good doctors, but their office staff has made every recent visit unpleasant.

They are not responsive. I'm still waiting on test results... even after multiple calls to the office. Office explained PA Jenna is too busy to call and I just have to keep waiting.
So frustrating! Been going here for a very long time and their service is not what it used to be.

This is not the same place it use to be. They schedule far out. You wait a long time to be seen. The referral person is rude. Very happy with my new primary care provider.

Dr. Nester and Jennifer Garret are hands down the best. I couldn't be happier with their care and have been seeing them for over 10 years.

Office billed me 18 months after my date of service for charges I didn’t owe. I provided them copies of EOB’s from my insurance carrier that stated I owed this practice $0…nothing! Staff refused to look at my documents, refused to cooperate, and harassed me with bills for 3 months. Even after I got a specific letter stating I didn’t owe anything, they still billed me.

They sent me an automated text saying the doctor had something come up, please call to reschedule. This instance happened twice, I call to make an appointment and am told I’m no longer allowed to be seen here. Because of no shows. When they were the ones who canceled the appointments on their behalf. Screw these people. Plenty of other primary doctors offices in the area to be seen at.

Good luck tryin to call this office. No one has actually answered the phone when I've called. You will always get a voice-mail and it will be days before anyone call you back. Don't waste your time.

You call to schedule an appointment and their voicemail says not to call back because “they’re trying their best” whatever that means.. but they take over a week to call you back - if at all. I’ve been waiting five days for someone to call me back for what I thought was a sinus infection. Thankfully I went to an urgent care and was actually treated. Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend if you actually need to see a doctor. What are your patients supposed to do???????

Had to wait a month to see the physician, then due to their scheduling error they rescheduled me last minute with a physician's assistant, when I was running about ten minutes late for my appointment they said I would need to reschedule again and wait a week or more for openings, I am disappointed and discouraged by my experience here
