I have gotten my hair done 3 times. I have settled twice with how my hair turned out. This 3rd time was a wrap. I requested that i have my natural color with highlights underneath ( carmel peek a boos) ive had this done many times. I consulted with the stylist advised what i wanted she confirmed with can do it. Great. She said no more than 130. Great. When i got home after the appointment i looked in a very well lit room and it is not what i asked for. The hightlights are uneven at that and less on one side than the other. When i put my hair up theres color on one side only. When i called on Tuesday i was advised the stylist wrote up as full highlights which is over 180. They advised she can re do it but outside of my schedule time allowance. The conversation alone after this appointment has left a bad taste. I will not be returning.

This was my first visit after 13 years at another salon. I am extremely anxious and don’t do well with change. Jax was the absolute best. She made me feel comfortable - was extremely nice and patient with me, despite anxiety setting in at the end because I am unrealistically type A and she remained extremely kind and patient. I am not the easiest person in the chair and don’t mean to be but I have to say I love my hair. She listened and gave me what I asked for. When I got home and messed with it some more I was thankful I made the decision to sit in her chair. Her customer service and quality talent is why I will return.

Just amazing, high-end salon with courteous and very knowledgeable kind ladies. I highly recommend if you want the best experience and hair possible in this area. I came in with a hott mess of hair that I ruined with box hair color, it was just ugly people, It was like purple/reddish.
BUT….
Trisha from Volumè is hands down the best at coloring, cutting and styling hair! I told her I needed my hair completely different and she did it and exceeded my expectations!?
Goodbye??to feeling down about myself and HELLO ? To loving my new hair, everyday, all day 247✌? thanks Volumé ?❤️

George is amazing!! I've been going to him for years but in the last couple he came to this beautiful salon. The staff from reception to the other stylists are kind, attentive and care that you have a great experience here. George's experience and expertise is invaluable, he's a treasure in so many ways. I refer friends and family here because of the service and immense capability of the stylists.

Such a wonderful salon! Staff is so kind and attentive whether it's speaking to them over the phone or the second you walk through the door. Right away you can tell you are dealing with professionals who value friendly service.I had the pleasure of having Jax cut my hair and she is just awesome!! So easy to talk to and she does impeccable work. I am so totally in love with the cut she gave me, very cute and clean!The salon itself is also very well kept and clean. I love all the plants they have and how much natural light comes in from the windows, it makes for such a relaxing space.My new go to salon and stylist for sure!

Place has went down hill. It has lost many of their wonderful stylist. Has has a leaking roof for over a year. I had to stop going cause everytime I would go in I would end up with a headache and congested. Pretty sure they have mold as I'm allergic.

*eye brow waxing and tinting. Bri was so nice. When I first went in a couple of weeks ago she asked if I’m on a retinoid, which I am, and she politely said it would be better to reschedule because using wax on top of a retinoid can really damage your skin. She still trimmed up my brows and plucked a few hairs, and did not charge me for her time. I thought that was very sweet. I came back today and had the wax and tint done and..I love it. Such a professional salon and the price point was not bad. Beautiful salon close to me. I will be back. Thank you!Service: Body waxing
