I loved my hair experience with Britney she's truly kind and cares about her clients. It was hard for me to find someone to do my 4c texturized damaged hair but i came out of the salon feeling confident once again. Please ask for Britney if you are booking online or in person. You won't regret it.

I go to this ulta A lot! So far all their employees are very friendly and nice but Candle is their top tier, she’s so sweet and professional with everyone! sooo helpful and has the best customer service approach. She makes going to ulta a good experience.

My first ulta experience was at the beginning of this year, when I decided to get into beauty products a bit more. Luckily for me, I met Sydnie on my first visit. In my mind, Sydnie is my friend, she’s actually the Make Up Artist. She signed me up for a 30 minutes session and introduction to all things make up.
During my session, she helped to color match , determine my skin type and create a skin care routine, etc. She is a completely jewel.
Today, I went back in for another more focused session of filling my eyebrows, and finding the right eye pallet. Sydnie broke the news that make up sessions have been eliminated. I am so devastated to hear that this service has been discontinued.
I only frequent this location because of this addition. As a makeup newbie , I NEED SYDNIE’S patience and expertise. She has been a complete joy to interact with and has helped me to become more comfortable using the products and picking the right products for me. She has always given her honest opinion, and helps me to stay “on budget” , give or take a few extra dollars.
To the decision makers at this location, I hope that the decision to discontinue this service is only temporary. Thank you to Sydnie for all your tips, tricks and makeup up knowledge. You are truly one of a kind.

We were about to ask the owner to open the store a little longer for $2 million and up and she was so rude to me. I’m just a little kid she was like no we said attitude don’t come to this Alta. This owner is too rude to exist please God, please, this is the worst Ulta ever I would rather die than go to this. This is the worst I don’t recommend.

Nice selection of men's and women's colognes/perfumes ? make sure to compare to other places like Macy's and Sephora though before buying ? because sometimes it can be cheaper ?elsewhere for the exact same thing!

I have been to this place several times and it is always the same experience with the staff, they do not make you feel welcome, in my experience I have noticed discrimination and some grouping.

Second or third time I’ve visited this location and have had everyone around me be serviced/checked on other than myself. Including staff brushing past me several times without an excuse me or can I help you. It’s impolite and unwelcoming.

If you are getting your hair done, especially highlights, or haircut, ask for Kate! She did my highlights for my wedding. She honestly took so much care and time into making it perfect, while taking extra care to make sure my hair can stay as healthy as it can be throughout the process. If you are ever questioning it, just ask for Kate!

My husband and I went there earlier today and we both were in the fragrance section.. Lady who worked in the fragrance section asked us if we needed help bunch of times.. Following and watching us both like if we were going to still something.. We both collect fragrances but this time we left without buying anything.
