“Helpful and friendly staff. Reserved online and when I got there they didn't have the size truck I reserved, but it was easily managed and got the same price to get a different size. Don't know if it's the same price as a standard or because of the mistake. I'd recommend calling in ahead and checking if you really need a certain size truck.”

“This is by far the best U-Haul in Detroit! They go out of their way to insure that you have the vehicle you reserve unlike other uhauls that will give your reservation away after 10 minutes of you being late. Their customer service is professional and friendly. Their trucks is well maintained and clean. And they are very fair. Some uhauls mileage and fuel would be totally inaccurate but not these guys and if the rare case that they're paper don't match the truck they will work with you. No outrageous cleaning fees . Their overall system of operation is superb and corporate uhauls should take a few pages out of their book. I have a moving company and use them frequently. I've been to just about every U-Haul in the state and I would frequently pick theirs even when I have moves out of the city jus because I know my services will be fair and on point! Did I mention the wait time on getting your truck is extremely fast too! Even on short notice . That alone is a clear cut difference than the rest!”

“Hello, Storage unit. The ladies here are very helpful and nice. They explained the units in size and took me to the small 5x5 I needed. I look saw and approved it was. I had to get my own insurance on the unit. It's a clean place. They also sale the good box tape, locks for your unit and boxes. Small units to big units. I am happy with them so far. ?
