They hung up on me twice. Had to actually visit them to talk with someone. They charge 10 bucks a patch which is severely overpriced. I had to listen to her talk about herself all the while I was there. Their only saving grace was they did the job. Late but it got done. Im going to A n M leather from now on. I should have never strayed.

Just got my daughter's varsity jacket made here recently. It looks great and the process was easy. It was expensive, but isn't everything these days?? I had my own varsity jacket made here over 20 years ago and it still looks great!! Moral of the story is quality work costs more.

Terrible customer service, extremely long wait, make sure you keep all receipts got my jacket back missing 2 patches that were paid for on the receipt. Lady refused to refund or even add the jacket back up to prove the amount was right. Better off going somewhere else!

The absolute best engraving in metro Detroit. Affordable prices that cannot be beat and also the option of a rushed service for same day engraving. I would highly recommend if you'd like to personalize and kind of wood marble or leather items. Stop by and see them.

Perfect place to go for professional awards and varsity jacket embroidery to name a few things they do! I received my student trophies last week and gave them out at our recital... The students were thrilled!!!

Went in on a Tuesday looking for a chili off trophy as our company cook off was on Friday and we had no trophy yet. The lady was very helpful and got me what I needed and I was able to pick it up a day before our cook off.

Rated it 4 star only because I've had one service done the past few years but they are quick. Price is right for good quality work. Professional but being a small, locally owned and ran business they are very friendly! Remember to continue supporting your small business owners during these tough times! I hope they are there after next years fantasy football season for another tag for the trophy!
