I don't know if I've just come to expect lousy inventory control in the year our Lord 2024 but when I want to buy a product , sometimes I just want to go into the store and buy it off the shelf. Instead, target will be like, we don't have any of these in stock, so you have to order them online. It is, of course, impossible to find people to communicate about this in the store or certainly on the app, so it's just a general all-around bummer

I went to Target in Allen Park MI. I purchased a mastercard gift card for $100 and when I opened it was a visa card in the package with no money loaded on it. I went back to Target with my receipt and was told by the manager nothing could be done for me. The manager also told me that this was a huge problem for Target earlier this year. My question is if you know/knew it was and is a problem, why not fix it? I'm so disappointed with Target.

I've shopped here for years. Overall fine. The associates are typically pleasant and helpful. *Be mindful of expiration dates here. The biggest issue is their stock/supply chain. This is a popular location given that it's on "the hill", however there doesn't seem to be any proactive solution for maintaining a reasonable level of stock. In grocery, the shelves are poorly stocked and/or not properly maintained to eliminate expired items. Example: I bought mayo in April 2024; it expired in December 2023. Additionally, the coolers and grocery area are entirely inaccessible at least once a year. This year it was during the week prior to Memorial Day weekend. The move to minimize the use of self check out, without staff that can support the foot traffic, is another hiccup. It seems like upper management failing their staff here.

These fools have 2 lanes open and have self check out closed for no damn reason. Like I shouldn’t have to wait behind a million ppl to buy 3 things.. I asked they said they don’t want to open self checkout until 12pm… the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard… get new management because your current is dumb

Horrible pharmacist. Mad I wanted to know if an ingredient would make me sleepy, said does it say may cause drowsiness? I know how to read a box, some ingredients in cold medicine still can depress a person system I needed 2 seconds of your time thanks for yelling at me while sick??.

Literally no greet whatsoever from the cashier. Didn’t double bag any of the stuff I had gotten. Rude and disrespectful people. If only self checkout was open

Harassed by associate. My mother just got out the hospital for brain cancer surgery, and she’s away from home because she needs aid. She needed some things to bathe and feel comfortable. Yea she was a sec behind but she made it in the store before 10pm and out by 10:10 and they closed at 10pm w/a line. She was clearly handicapped however two associates decided to follow her. Had I not walked past the first associate to help my ill mother who knows the additional disrespect she would have been subjected to. Security was totally understanding and the other associate helping was a dear. I’m in the industry and I explained everyone isn’t as fast as the next and be patient. And that she would still get out the store and home in the same time as usual especially if she didn’t continue to harass us as I was already berating my mother with comments that we needed to leave. The fact that she is clearly handicapped and they pressed on is beyond disrespectful. Who cares the other guests you’ve dealt with. They need to be held accountable. One a blue haired woman and a young woman. She spent $75 in less than 10 mins. I don’t think the standards we were subjected to were that of Targets. It’s 10:30 and we’re in check out at Meijer. Let’s you know she’s still moving strong and steady.
