The location at Allen park mi., is the best store for miles , excellent customer service , great personal interaction after the sale , never had an experience as positive when dealing with a retailer .

We went to check out new phones, waited for more than 30 minutes when finally an employee, David, called us. He was soo rude for no reason, since his first interaction with us he had a bad tone and really bad attitude. We decided to walk out, I know we all have bad days, but being rude to customers for no reason is not acceptable. Please go somewhere else or get another associate to help you.

We were at this location today 03/14/2024 waiting about 40 minutes to an hour which is understandable because everyone wants to update their phones, and thats the time most of the us customers get out of work. When it was our turn, one of the staff (David) was really rude from the beginning. You could just see his attitude, very nasty attitude. When you work with customers, you should have a positive attitude.

Arrived at 6.56PM ready to upgrade to a new phone. Was advised that after 7PM they could only sell me a new phone, they could not do a transfer. Ok, so there is a cut off time since they close at 8PM, but it wasn’t the cut off time. If it’s 7PM then it’s 7PM not 6.50PM or 6.55PM or 7.15PM. Either have a policy and enforce it correctly or don’t have one at all.

Worst store and service. Every time I visit this store for service I will be profiled because if my Arabic name and being hijab Muslim no one will care to resolve my issues even after signing in they take other nationality customers who came after me.

Sonya assisted myself and two family members with upgrades. She made the whole process painless and easy. One of the phones we paid off that day to upgrade and while T-Mobile couldn’t process the payment to let us trade in Sonya went above and beyond to call customer service and provide answers as to how we could upgrade / trade in the phone that day! She helped upgrade and set up all three phones and reviving everything quick and easy. She was so sweet and went above and beyond. If you need to get anything done come here and ask for SONYA.

Bought a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro during a promotion where you save $330 if you open a line with them, so I asked if the $5 line was eligible for promotion, and they said yes. 2 months later, I'm still not receiving a bill credit and find out I have to sign up for the $15 line to get a discount. Terrible experience. lol people do anything for a sale

I came in to upgrade my phone. The store was very busy but the representatives made sure we were all taken care of in the order we arrived. Ana helped us and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She didn’t pressure us into anything at all but made sure we were aware of all the possibilities.

Despite bad reviews as I had bad experience before at this store I was waited on by Keori who was polite kind informative so very helpful in explaining the process of getting new phone etc. If she still works here this is my store if not go elsewhere u may feel ignored because most don't greet u when u walk in
