Went to purchase a mattress and we pick a date that my wife does not have to work on. On all of our receipts and paperwork the correct date was chosen. When we noticed the date we selected is not the date we called the store and talked to Mark. Mark stated that delivery dates are not finalized until two days before delivery and he would contact them to ensure it was going to be the date we selected. We called a few days later and mark stated the delivery team did not reach out. I received a text confirming our delivery date for the wrong date and contacted the store. I asked about compensation for the innocent date as we have to take off work now for delivery. Store states they do not handle compensation and gave me a number which was "customer service" but I called and number was disconnected. I click the link for redelivery and nothing happens as the website is blank. I talk to the chat bot and wait 27 minutes for a rep 45 minutes after tell us to call someone else. I call the "delivery" team for them to tell me either accept delivery on wrong date or wait another 3 weeks for delivery. I ask about compensation and they state it's on the store. I ask store and they say it's on corporate. Lack of professionalism and answers are wearing our patience very thing hence the one star. This is even before we received any product to try it. Who knows if we will even try the product

We bought a bed less than 3 years ago and we already need a new air chamber. I tried to talk to a representative and all I was told that if we wanted it fixed we would have to pay for it. She was very rude and just sat there not saying anything. I had to ask her if she was listening. I told her if I didn't need the raised head board I would return it. Regular mattresses last 10 to 15 years. They would not work with us to reduce the cost. Unless you need this type of bed don't get one.

This company is terrible and shady business practices. The representatives hang up on you. They charge you money to send technicians out that don't know what they doing. They also charge you for replacement items. I bought a bed for $7000 in 2022 and the bed has major defects that is requiring replacement items that they are making me pay for. Please don't spend your money on @sleep number. They are scamming people this is ridiculous how they treat their customers.

We had an incredible experience with Dawn. She gave us her full attention and took us time to show all the different models and what felt right for us. She was superb and made our experience here phenomenal. We are so excited for our new mattress! Thank you Dawn!

Very happy with the service and next day delivery.. however. Not happy the the mattress we received. Within a few weeks the mattress has indents (body craters) from where we sleep. I was told they have a 10 year warranty. Hopefully I can exchange this mattress for a different one.

I bought furniture from Ashly and paid 65% and Ashly forwarded the remaining balance to synchrony bank and they were terrible, Ashly never informed me that the bank does not take credit payments

Went in today and talked with a gentleman named Keith, this guy took care of me like nobody's business. Gave me the ins and outs of every bed they have, I couldn't of asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in till when I left was amazing, I hope the bed is as good as the service I got today. Will be for sure referring friends and family, thank you so much for the help and patience cause I know I wasn't an easy customer lol...On a side note, the delivery guys we got were amazing. Had us fixed up and ready to go in no time, thank you to everyone!!
