She did hesitate on help of me, She assured me if she located in she will let me know. “I'm an African American woman whom needed a good safe storage facility in Michigan and when I walked into this business I tell you they were two of the nicest ladies that I've met in 2024 they showed me the storage units that I wanted to see they reassured me of the safety of the Facility and explain everything to me as we went through our contract if you are looking for a good storage facility with good customer service of people who take the time out to treat you as a customer then check this place out it's worth getting a storage unit This facility also gives you a lock at no extra cost and the units are affordable and spacious, luv it ”

They both deserve recognition because I haven’t seen this type of customer service in a long time. Not one time did they give me a hard time but came up with a solution for me and I ended up getting a storage in which I had been trying to get for the last few months. Thanks Savannah and Nicole for going the extra mile to make sure I left with a smile instead of a frown on my face. I literally have told several people about the great and expertise service that’s at Storage Sense of Livonia on Inkster road.
